Join us on June 5 at 11 AM ET for a practical session on U.S. immigration opportunities for Canadian and international entrepreneurs!

Franchise Pathways to U.S. Visas for Canadians and International Entrepreneurs will spotlight the increasing interest in franchise-based immigration, and the strategic visa options behind it. As traditional Canadian immigration pathways face challenges and longer timelines, many professionals are exploring how business investment and proven franchise models can unlock new opportunities in the U.S.

This webinar is designed specifically for immigration lawyers and consultants in Canada looking to expand their service offerings and provide real alternatives for their clients.

Our expert speakers will share firsthand knowledge, practical visa insights, and recent trends shaping franchise-based immigration in 2025.

They’ll answer key questions such as:

  • What types of clients are successfully using franchise models to immigrate to the U.S., and what are their goals?
  • Why are the E-2, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 visas the go-to choices for entrepreneurial clients today?
  • What investment amounts are realistic for a successful E-2 visa franchise strategy?
  • What makes a business plan impactful for both E-2 and EB-2 NIW petitions?
  • How can a businessperson qualify for the O-1 visa—and does a business plan matter in that process?
  • What are the hottest franchise models in 2025, and how do they align with U.S. immigration expectations?
  • How can Canadian consultants and lawyers get started offering these solutions to their clients?

Whether you’re helping a client move their business to the U.S. or looking for new revenue-generating visa options, this session is packed with the insights you need to confidently navigate franchise-based immigration.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from two professionals with deep expertise in U.S. franchise investments, immigration strategy, and business planning.
