Paul joined Joorney as the first salesperson in 2014 and got to work forging connections with our core client base – immigration attorneys and professionals – and building our sales team. As Director, he created a customer-centric culture which he lives, practices, and instills company-wide on a daily basis. Currently, as Chief Commercial Officer, Paul focuses on nurturing the relationship with Joorney’s partners and is also responsible for establishing, maintaining, and refining policies and procedures across departments to ensure every contact the customer has with the company, from marketing and sales to receiving their invoice and delivery of our product, is a positive and memorable one.

Marianella Manzur is a passionate leader, proud wife, and mother to a beautiful son, and let’s not forget her weiner dog, Blueberry. Originally from Colombia, she combines creativity, strategy, and collaboration to inspire teams and ideas to reach their full potential. With over 23 years of international experience and studies at Harvard Business School, Marianella blends analytical thinking with creativity and long-term vision, driven by the belief that personal and professional success begins with alignment, gratitude, and purpose.

As Partner and Chief Revenue Officer at Joorney, Marianella leads global sales, marketing, and partnerships, supporting the company’s mission to help entrepreneurs, investors, and immigration professionals achieve their goals. Since joining in 2016, she has been instrumental in Joorney’s tenfold growth and international expansion, spearheading the launch of Joorney Canada and Joorney Australia while successfully scaling a multilingual sales team across multiple markets. A pioneer in marketing for the immigration industry, she introduced educational webinars for lawyers as a key business development channel.

Jonathan is an experienced strategic management controller with international experience working in New York, Hong Kong, Paris, Miami, London and Montreal. Having experienced the challenges of immigration first-hand, while in Canada he got interested in the immigration path of the various international business people he met. Seeing a real shortfall in the writing of business plans, he started writing business plans for business immigration applicants, mixing his management control experience to his newly found business immigration passion. He teamed up with Joorney Business Plans and launched the Canada division. Once established, he took over the role of General & Financial Director of the division until his promotion to Chief Financial Officer of Joorney in 2021.

Rachel has a lifelong passion for small business and entrepreneurship, which makes her a natural fit at Joorney. She joined the company in 2021 as Content Marketing Manager and quickly expanded her focus into Data & Analytics and business operations. In her current role as VP of Business Support & Analytics, Rachel leads key operational initiatives that drive cross-functional effectiveness, elevate data-driven decision-making, and ensure the company’s internal processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Prior to Joorney, Rachel gained experience across operations, finance, and marketing, and transitioned her career focus toward data strategy and business operations following her MBA. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and a Master of Business Administration.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, practicing yoga, and tending to her houseplants.

Joshua brings a unique blend of account management experience mixed with a legal and business marketing educational background to the Joorney family. Originally from Los Angeles, he has lived in Europe and Latin America and is a bilingual JD graduate. At Joorney, Joshua enjoys learning about his client’s backgrounds and goals and assisting them with business plans for immigration and business development projects.

Gerald’s passion is helping startups and small- and medium-size companies get the funding they need through expertly crafted business plans. This passion serves him well in his role as VP Sales for the U.S. market. Gerald’s favorite part of the job is the discovery meeting where he learns all about his clients’ companies, their goals, and the funding that is required. He has helped numerous companies with SBA and bank loan business plans, investor business plans, investor presentations, and landlord presentations, raising over 50 million dollars in total.

Eliana brings her consulting background and experience to the service of Latin American investors coming to the United States through E2, L1, and EB5 visas, which serves her well in her role of VP of Sales for the Latin America market.

Matt brings 10+ years of investment banking advisory and transactions experience to the Advisory team. He has advised over 40 clients across different industries and geographies. Matt is fluent in development project pre-feasibility and the life-cycle of transactions ranging from $10MM to $250MM and having led such transactions from valuation and deal structuring to distribution, capital raising and negotiation for a variety of corporations at different stages of their development.
