Webinar – The Key to Making a Strong Application for an ICT Work Permit
– Marianella Manzur | Mark Holthe | ICT
Why has the Intra-Company Transfer Work Permit become more popular recently versus other business immigration options? How can you or your client be a strong applicant for this visa?
Welcome to another Joorney Business Plans free live webinar! This time we are focusing on the subject of the ICT visa program with our respected partner: experienced immigration lawyer, Mark Holthe, the owner of Holthe Immigration Law.
Intra-Company Transferee (ICT) Program is a part of the International Mobility Program that allows professionals to move within an international company but out of their current country. The highly skilled employee who is an applicant to become a transferee will seek entry to a Canadian parent, subsidiary, branch, or affiliate company of the company they are currently working for, or open a related company in Canada. The qualifying job positions include executives, senior managers, functional managers, and specialized knowledge workers, especially those needed to start the new office. This program aims to improve the local economy by creating successful and innovative companies under highly skilled professionals.
Joorney is not a legal advisory company, but our honoured guests, the best experts in their field, will share their knowledge live. You will also be able to ask questions in the live webinar and/or you can send questions with your registration!
We have the pleasure to announce that our guest expert in this webinar is Mark Holthe, the owner of Holthe Immigration Law, an Immigration lawyer, and an ex-Immigration Officer with more than 15 years of expertise in the field of immigration to Canada. Joorney Business Plans is calling you to get the answers about the Canadian ICT program.
